life transitions

the time for life transitions has come again. 2023 was hard and beautiful. full of grief. and of joy. how much to share? i believe our wounds are our medicine. but as a writer, public speaker, and person who lives out loud - i also hold the tension of how much to share publicly and the ethics of telling our own story when the stories of others are implicated. what i will say, is that the more you heal & the more capacity you build, the more you will be asked to hold & heal. walking the path of the warrior, is a soul contract with the universe. a contract to transmute and compost the pain of the world. “if it is impossible within ourselves, it is impossible within the world.” may i take these transitions with grace and continue to move through with courage, community, & light.
